Se você está aqui neste blog, não posso deixar de dizer que é uma alegria e honra ter você aqui. Em meio a bilhares de informações, você parou na minha página, thank you for that!!
Este espaço é um pedaço do meu olhar sobre o mundo que eu vivo.
Vivo na Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro, conheço pessoas interessantíssimas e por aqui falamos de tudo.
Neste blog, quero compartilhar experiências e pensamentos. Podemos falar de dança, maternidade, marketing, mercado de trabalho, IA... podemos comentar séries e fazer fofocas.
E que nunca nos falte assunto!!

Quem é Lorena?
Sou Lorena Escobar, Lorena Rubim, Loren, Loris, Ló...
If you’ve found your way to this blog, I just want to say what a joy and honor it is to have you here. Amidst billions of pieces of information, you stopped by my page—thank you for that!!
Whatever name you choose to call me, I want you to know that this space is a piece of how I view the world—a reflection of the universe inside my mind. I’m a Gemini, nearly fifty, and a badass mom... I have a marriage that is better than I ever dreamed of, and to be completely honest, I didn't become the woman I thought I would be. Anyone out there relate? Whether that’s better or worse, I don't know, but God’s plans were exactly these, and I am deeply happy with what He has in store for me.
Who is "Lorena"?
Lorena Escobar, Lorena , Lauren, Lorys, Lolo...
For me, real sophistication is found in the simplicity of being exactly who you are, without effort.
I’ve lived in Rio's South Zone since I was 19, but I proudly make one thing clear: I’m a true capixaba from way back in the countryside!

So... Let´s connect!!!
Editorial
At 40, I realized that the greatest risk of growing old isn't wrinkles. It’s stopping trying new things.
For a long time, I used a lack of time as an excuse to stay in my comfort zone. Until my own body began to remind me that movement is not optional. At 40, it wasn't as easy as before. And that was precisely why I decided to do the exact opposite of what was expected.
I went back to ballet after 18 years. I cycled more. I discovered surfing. I rediscovered jazz. I found a way to strengthen my body in dance, and a way to strengthen my soul in movement.
Today, I believe that aging gracefully demands curiosity. It demands the courage to learn new things, unlearn some old ones, and keep letting life surprise you.
In a few days, I will turn 49. I have more plans now than I did when I was 29.

What about you?
